What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software QA Manager position at Excelion Partners?
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop software testing and delivery solutions that align with Azure DevOps and industry best practice that meet defined usability, maintainability, scalability, and reliability requirements.
· Take ownership of assigned work, monitor, and maintain the health of software solutions generated.
· Increase operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements of all Client software testing efforts.
· Build sustainable, scalable Test Plans and Test Cases in Azure DevOps that can be leveraged by automation and contributes to KPIs.
· Provide task breakdowns, identify dependencies, and provide effort estimates.
· Identify software issues within the context of defects and communicate problems with team.
· Assist in preparation of functional and technical documentation to provide guidance to end users and support trouble shooting.
· Trains, mentors, and coaches’ colleagues as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
