Looking for a PT In Home Caregiver in Garden City. This is the ideal opportunity to supplement your income, while helping someone retain independence living in their home. This client is looking for help on Sundays, ONLY! It's a great for people who have other life responsibilities and need a consistent schedule.

- 24/7 on call phone number available to Caregivers for emergencies, as well as a nursing supervisor to help ensure that clients are supported

RESPONSIBILITEIS
- Provide routine individualized care for the client following a plan of care
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing, light housekeeping, assist with meal prep and feeding and running errands
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a caregiving mentality
- Ability to utilize an electronic timekeeping system
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in caregiving (informal OR formal)
- Experience transferring a patient preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old
