Job Description
Excelraise, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client*s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies.
Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Technical Support (ERP) with our direct client in Decatur GA.
***This is HYBRID work option: However, the selected candidate must be available to report onsite as directed by the client***
***Candidate MUST be local to Metro Atlanta****
Under general supervision, works with Business Systems Unit to identify and resolve issues, provide technical and troubleshooting support, as well as customer service to all users as it pertains to business systems applications and functions.
Specific duties and responsibilities
- Provides support and guidance to users to resolve problems related to ERP and related business application functions
- Attains and applies functional knowledge of the ERP Modules, database structure, and point of integration with other applications
- Communicates with users via division ticketing and support systems to identify user issues and determine what steps have already been taken to resolve the issue
- Works on business systems enterprise applications related projects as assigned
- Identifies trends in root causes to help create knowledge-based articles
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or equivalent completed college from a Georgia Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a technical support capacity required.
Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Knowledge of payroll and human resources software
- Knowledge of School District policies regarding leave, absences, benefits, and deductions
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Skilled in analytical thinking and mathematical computations
- Skilled in organization, data collection, record-keeping problem-solving, and time management
- Ability to use relevant computer applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
