Marketer

Exceptional Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Exceptional Community Hospital Ardmore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient volume by executing marketing and business tactics, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospital and healthcare industry and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development and marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase patient volume, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Maintains current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies. Proactively seeks out opportunities to develop new business and capitalizes on market opportunities to grow existing business through established relationships.

Works in conjunction with clinical leadership and corporate counterparts to develop and promote new programs and services.

Aligns with the hospital leadership team and corporate counterparts to ensure accountability for growth expectations. Participates in community and organizational programs as appropriate for professional growth and to increase market awareness of hospital services.

Coordinates all marketing and business development activities such as tours, events, sponsorships, networking opportunities, and community involvement.

Assists in management and creation of content for hospital’s social media page. Coordinates with the corporate marketing team to develop, maintain, and implement effective marketing strategies.

Willing to work in a flexible environment. Exceptional presentation skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.

Active driver’s license / insurance and reliable transportation A minimum of 5 years in Business Development or Marketing - working in a hospital or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
