About the Job
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for evaluating, select, design, develop, and implementing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge of HRIS systems, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional project teams of both HR and IT experts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recommend, and implement long and short-term system solutions on a global platform, improve and streamline processes, enhance HR functions, and reduce workflows through the use of technology.
- Manage development of new and existing HR systems and technology initiatives, plan and coordinate system upgrades and configurations, and develop, document, and execute test plans for all HCM applications to ensure system functionality matches processes and application workflow.
- Independently develop project plans, coordinate resource allocation, formulate technology requirements, recommend automated business solutions for the Human Resources department, and develop business case and rationale for Human Resources systems initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key HR metrics in support of business objectives and key indicators driving business decisions, support all reporting activities of HR functional areas and the organization, establish protocol, and identify trends resulting in adverse impact on corporate planning and business strategy.
- Create and maintain complex queries using reporting tools with ability to utilize and integrate multiple data sources and enhance reporting capabilities through the use of dashboards and KPIs.
- Work cooperatively with all Human Resources functions to ensure staff are fully trained on new or enhanced HR technologies with strong emphasis on change management principles and techniques.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with advanced knowledge of the HRIS function
- Strong knowledge of HCM systems
- Proven work experience as an HRIS consultant or similar role
- Familiarity with the RFP process
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, train staff and develop communication plans Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are required
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot between clients
- Passionate about networking

- Ability to travel to local clients when required
