Our company is hiring for a SAP SuccessFactors Engineer.

Resposibilities

1.Business data management knowledge in SuccessFactors: familiar with recruiting and onboarding process as well as Org, Position, people profile, performance management (know how to View/Edit/Create/Delete).

2. Back-end system management, including but not limited to:
  • RBP permission management; 
  • Mass data import and export;
  • Admin tool: Proxy management, purge user and password management;
  • Migration knowledge in Business Rule, Alert Notification, etc.


Requirements

  • Deep and comprehensive knowhow of the SAP/SuccessFactors software
  • Deep and comprehensive HR process knowhow, especially Talent Management
  • Show professional and confident behavior towards the customer, business partners and colleagues
  • Proven experiences in international and global business context
  • Leadership experience managing virtual teams matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology discipline and minimum 5 years of experience
Language Skills
  • Swedish native or C1
  • English B2
