Property Inspector

Exclusive 30A is hiring for a full-time Property Inspector. We are looking for someone with great team spirit and a can-do attitude. This person will be working in a fast-paced environment and will require the ability to make clear and concise decisions under pressure. We are looking for someone who is detail-orientated and who has strong follow-through skills to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring that homes are ready for the arrival of guests and performing a variety of task including reporting maintenance requests and concerns, coordinating with contract cleaners to ensure proper care and efficient cleaning, and inspecting homes for cleanliness.

Primary Responsibilities

· Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned homes.

· Fully inspects homes for cleanliness and guest readiness.

· Reports repairs or replacement needs to maintenance.

· Performs light cleaning tasks of homes as needed.

· Maintains high customer service standards and responds clearly and promptly to both internal team, vendors, and housekeepers.

· Performs light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, batteries, tightening handles, etc.

· Works with housekeeping in preparing inventory lists and monitors cleanliness.

· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills)

· High School Diploma or GED is required.

· A valid driver's license is required.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Ability to respond to time sensitive emails in a professional manner.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Attention to detail is required.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make clear and concise decisions while under pressure.

· Must be able to work independently with a clear plan of action to ensure work is prioritized and deadlines are met.

Physical Requirements

· Frequently required to drive to visit properties which may have flights of stairs.

· Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 20 pounds at a time.

· Ability to bend and stoop.

· Exposure to various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
