**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Desk-Service Writer to join our team at Exclusive Imports Auto Repair. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer incoming calls

- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar

-Create Repair Orders for new repairs

-Order parts from vendors

-Good communication with the technicians

- Process payments for services rendered

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

-Assist with other tasks that are assigned

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a service writer, or similar experience

- Experience in Auto repair quotes

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

- Proficiency in computer applications

• Driver's License (Preferred)
