Job Summary:

You will work behind-the-scenes to collaborate with our sales team and fellow Recruiters.

As a Recruiter, you will:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration and progression of candidate information in company systems and pipeline.
• Responsible for finding, attracting and assisting in job offers.
• Coordinate and manage virtual interviews, recruiting team calendar, reference checks and possible cold calling.
• Assist in internal/external job postings.
• Seek candidate opportunities, networking events and other company/community events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Familiar with Google Sheets
• Google Drive
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Familiar with paperless environment
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
