Overview
This Product Manager opportunity is with a global healthcare organization that is committed to helping patients live healthier lives. This Global Product Manager will be responsible for marketing planning & product management for the clinical laboratory automation product portfolio. The focus of the person in this role with be to establish and maintain competitiveness for this portfolio worldwide while also supporting the regional marketing teams to ensure commercial success.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Accelerate growth for existing product lines and commercialize new product lines by driving projects and action plans across regions and functional areas
- Provide documentation coordination (cross-functional project management, portfolio strategy and prioritization) and global marketing support for commercial organizations
- Represent the voice of the customer and contribute to product enhancement requirements.
- Maintain intelligence on competitive landscape, market share and environmental factors impacting product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related technical areas, required
- MBA preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of business experience
- At least 2 years of marketing experience related to IVD sales
- Working knowledge of diagnostic industry practices
- Strong project management, time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Strong ability to develop, interpret and communicate complex technical information
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel globally
