Project Manager-Finance Transformation
ExecuSource has an immediate Direct Hire opportunity for a Project Manager-Finance Transformation in the Kennesaw market. We are looking for someone to lead projects and be hands-on where necessary to meet milestones. The ideal candidate would have previously worked on projects with financial departments of an organization while being a liaison between the business and IT. We are looking for someone to lead projects and be hands-on where necessary to meet milestones. The ideal candidate would have previously worked on projects with financial departments of an organization while being a liaison between the business and IT. Responsibilities:
- As Project Manager-Finance transformation, you will be part of global transformation initiatives.
- Carry out analysis, harmonization, and optimization activities of finance-relevant business processes in close coordination with the regional (European) companies .
- Together with the regional (America) companies, you will identify change requirements and support the companies in the implementation of global and local projects with an impact on financially relevant value flows.
- As part of the global Financial Business Process Management team, you will develop and implement international standards for business processes and master data together with the Global Process Owner(s), different requirement areas and the IT team.
- Focus is on end-to-end value chains with a special focus on integration into internal and external accounting, considering local requirements.
- You will accompany international rollouts of the SAP standard and also support the individual companies after the implementation of new processes and systems with a special focus on stability, quality and compliance of processes as well as the integration of value flows into Group reporting.
- Experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable course of study combined with several years of professional experience in the areas of accounting/information technology/project management with a commercial orientation in an internationally oriented company.
- Careful, structured, and process-oriented way of working with high quality standards, high degree of commitment and motivation.
- Experience working with finance/accounting teams .
- Affinity to IT processes and systems (SAP FI/CO).
- Ability to analyze complex topics and identify practicable solutions.
- High communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong intercultural competence – with a focus on North, Middle, and South America.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good knowledge of English.
