What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP Systems Analyst position at Executive Alliance?
Our client is looking for an outgoing individual who will be able to research, develop, design and test electrical components, equipment, and systems for aerospace and defense purposes.
Prepares schematics, bills of materials, printed circuit boards, wiring harness, and assembly drawings to support production build of the design.
Coordinates with other engineering disciplines and departments to ensure overall system form, fit, function and safety requirements are achieved.
Plan strategic approach to leverage Visual Enterprise/ERP investment
- Collaborate with the Information Systems Team as well as management team to support and advance the ERP system and other enterprise systems.
- Learn about new product releases and functionality.
- Evaluate for applicability at Cox & Company, Inc.
- Propose implementation of functions and features in alignment with corporate strategic plan
Manage Visual Enterprise/ERP implementation and upgrade projects
- Lead inter-departmental team
- Co-ordinate piloting activities and schedules
- Conduct and oversee the testing of enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
- Provide training and user support
- ERP Vendor management including renewal negotiations.
- Coordinate with third party resellers and outside consultants for custom solutions as needed.
Develop business process solutions
- Identify areas of need
- Gather business requirements
- Design innovative, cost-effective solutions
- Document and present solutions to stakeholders
- Implement solutions
- Manage internal and external technical resources
Support users at all level of business
- Provide day-to-day support and overall administration of ERP system using both technical and functional skills.
- Analyze transactional data for anomalies

- Ensure implementation of recommended solution
- Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and/or other reporting tools.
- Provide raw data upon request for analytics.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP System Administration
- Proficient writing SQL queries, procedures, and triggers.
- Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL server database administration experience.
- Crystal report writing or similar reporting tools.
- Experience work in a Manufacturing and Engineering environment with a good understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes when troubleshooting data flow issues and creating reports.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
- Experience utilizing Infor Visual Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Time and Attendance.
- Experience with Synergy SmartViews, Synoptix, and SQL Reporting Services or Power BI a plus.
