• Assist service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking supplies and organizing paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software programs.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
