Executive Care of Monmouth & North Ocean County:

Seeking a full time Staffing Scheduler for our Monmouth & North Ocean county clients for private home care agency, in Freehold, NJ.

SCHEDULE:

Mondays through Fridays

9AM-5PM

On call including weekends (non-negotiable)

JOB DUTIES:

  • Identify company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy
  • Assist the HR department with hiring, training and onboarding new employees
  • Prepare work schedules and enforce compliance with company and industry labor requirements
  • Create daily staffing reports, monitor employee performance and submit weekly reports to management
  • Determine staffing shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to human resources
  • Confirm staff details and working hours to ensure accurate employee compensation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Five (5) or more years' experience in a Staffing Coordinator or HR role
  • Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced work environment in a health care setting.
  • Proven knowledge of developing and implementing human resource strategies including hiring, training and orientating new employees
  • In-depth knowledge of current legal regulations guiding the labor market and CHAP rules and regulations
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and word processing applications
  • On call once a month, including weekends, on a rotating schedule (non-negotiable)
  • Must be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19

***Pay Negotiable upon hire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
