Veterinary Experience Preferred:
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for a visitor’s first impression of the veterinary clinic and is expected to welcome anyone entering the property (or by telephone) with a friendly, welcoming greeting. The CSR provides exceptional service to internal and external clients through maintaining a consistent professional and approachable demeanor and taking responsibility for seeking solutions to problems.
Previous experience in veterinary office is preferred.
Job duties include (but not limited to): Answering telephones, greeting clients, checking in/out clients including creating invoices and processing payments, ordering supplies, introduce and initiate client survey, strong computer skills (preferred experience in Salesforce software), ability to learn quickly veterinary terminology in order to communicate intelligiently and clearly with clients and doctors.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Required experience:
- Receptionist/Front Desk office: 2 years
- Customer Service: 5 years

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
