Vacation Travel Concierge

At Executive Travel our Vacation Travel Concierge assists travelers and their families find the perfect travel journey to destinations around the world with a goal of building long term relations of trust and support.

A day in the life of a Vacation Travel Concierge at Executive Travel Inc. may include:

• Selling our services to prospective clients in person, on the phone, or with email..
• Meeting with clients, developing relationships, building proposals for destinations to meet each client's individual needs.
• Performing the services to our clients with a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements

This might be the job for you if you:

• Are highly productive in a self-directed work environment
• Have a good sense of geography and workings of the travel industry to understand how to plan trips and construct itineraries.
• Enjoy customized planning/puzzles
• Have the ability to communicate with confidence and create a credible impression to clients
• Are self-motivated; demonstrating initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic
• Can effectively multi-task while managing time and upholding a professional rapport with clients
• Possess strong customer-focus and service orientation
