Job Description:
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Approve meeting request within clients' conference room booking system.
- Provide assistance to client when booking meetings or ordering refreshments
- Assist clients Recruiting and Marketing staff with planning large events
- Create and update the daily conference room booking list for onsite Hospitality Team.
- Train clients new hires on the conference room booking system
- Update clients Portal with yearly Refrigerator/Cabinet cleaning dates
- Greet and direct guest as they arrive for daily meetings and special events
- Adhere to business practice guidelines and policies
- Taking direction from site manager
