PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Manager Talent Acquisition Strategy will manage the ongoing development of Exelon's Talent Acquisition and brand strategy both internally and externally in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations, Corporate Communications, DE&I, and other key stakeholders. The Manager will engage and partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Corporate Communications, DE&I and other key stakeholders to set and align the Talent strategy and to identify key business imperatives along with current and future skills requirements. Develop and oversee execution of a formal social engagement strategy leveraging platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor and the execution of an integrated content marketing strategy to convey Exelon's employment brand story, including photos, videos, recruitment marketing collateral, job postings, Careers site content, etc. Develop and execute partnerships with diversity, military, and disability organizations to increase Exelon's ability to identify diverse talent for vacancies. Consult with the TA team to design and/or continually improve recruitment strategies and tactics, marketing content and candidate experience/engagement initiatives designed to increase quality of hire, reduce recruiting expenses, and speed the acquisition of talent. Maintain relationships with key external contacts and vendors as necessary. Leverage survey tools and establish metrics to provide actionable insights, measure ROI, and inform future strategy.
This position requires the selected candidate to be in the office three days per week.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Leads design of Talent Acquisition strategies, Employment Brand strategy, and candidate experience initiatives. Make process-related decisions in collaboration with TA Operations. Identifies vendors and negotiate vendor agreements in collaboration with TA Operations. Measure success and make recommendations for continuous improvements. (25%)
- Talent Acquisition Recruitment Marketing - Partner with DE&I and TA to design enterprise diversity recruitment & sourcing strategies. Manage Recruitment Marketing investment strategy, ID vendors for potential partnership. Development and oversight of the Exelon employment brand strategy. Responsible for the development of candidate engagement and experience strategies, careers marketing site strategy and management in partnership with Corporate Communications, candidate survey strategy and analysis, branded content and messaging strategy development and oversight. (25%)
- Own identification of and participation in external surveys, benchmarking, and employer recognition opportunities (e.g., Military recruitment awards) and benchmarking tools to continue to position the company as a top employer of choice. Develop, track and maintain enterprise-wide program metrics. Analyze data and recommend program changes based on data analytics. Develop/maintain reporting/presentations on key initiatives, communicate opportunities to key stakeholders, and support continuous improvement efforts. Conduct research & benchmarking on talent metrics and skills, critical roles, etc. Other research as needed. Collaborate on participation in all programs-related surveys (15%)
- Develop and lead execution of intern recruiting and programs strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, college/university representatives, campus diversity & Influence and lead business partners in the planning and continuous improvement of their diversity and military recruiting strategy, ensuring successful execution of all annual events, interviews, and processes. (15%)
- Partner with TA Leadership to influence and lead business partners in the planning and continuous improvement of their college, diversity, and military recruiting strategy, ensuring successful execution of all events and processes. Plan for recruiting/diversity programs including logistics calls, training sessions. Track and analyze metrics. Oversight of all enterprise-wide program logistics. (15%)
- Create and maintain recruitment content, including but not limited to Management Model, Shared Drives, Share Point, LinkedIn, etc (5%)

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or related field or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
- A minimum of 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience recruiting in an operations environment.
- In lieu of a degree, 9 - 12 years of relevant experience.
- Customer service orientation, discipline and focus.
- Data management experience including report generation, measurement, and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as proven external representation skills for outreach activities.
- Executive presence.
- Strong ability to operate independently.
- Demonstrated team player.
- Demonstrated understanding of recruiting practices and programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree.
- Prior corporate experience with co-op and intern programs.
- Direct college recruiting experience is preferred.
- Prior experience working with event management software and CRM.
- Experience designing and implementing Talent Acquisition programs and strategies
- Experience designing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Talent Acquisition strategies
- Social media/mobile recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting military talent and translating military experience.
