We are currently seeking an active, creative, and big picture Sales Representative to join our Team full time!

As a Sales Representative, it is necessary to maintain a strong understanding of aggressive growth focused sales and an understanding of future opportunities. Many of the core activities include:

• Consistently looking for the next opportunity.
• Maintaining the relationships with our member organizations.
• Creating and maintaining leads both warm and cold regarding new member opportunities.
• Identifying the needs of our members to expand into new services.
• Analyze trends within markets to best match current and future needs.
• Ensure member satisfaction through relationship management post join.
• Quarterly touch bases with members of leadership regarding forecasting.
• Make suggestions about current processes to improve them.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Experience:
• Bachelor recipients: 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate recipients: 3-6 years of relevant experience
• No Degree 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of ethical sale and business practices.
• Understanding of CRM software(s).
• 3 years in Microsoft Office software(s).
• Reliable vehicle for traveling.

Preferences:

• Health Care industry experience 1 year
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with HubSpot CRM software

Salary: Base DOE plus substantial, growth oriented commission structure. Commission structure includes pre-existing membership base allowing for higher commission.
