Exiger Government Services is seeking a professional to serve as a data analytics Senior Analyst in our National Security and Intelligence area, who will provide support focused on bringing Exiger's best-in-class technology, process, and expertise to Exiger's public and private sector clients. Exiger works closely with agencies of the U.S. Government on national security and intelligence matters; focal areas for supply chain analysis often include force protection, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, CFIUS, and people vetting, among other related subjects. Exiger is also increasingly working with private-sector companies on SCRM.
The candidate will gather, synthesize, and analyze information to support multiple client accounts, as well as explore and combine information from disparate data sources to help the Exiger and our client's understand their mission environment. This includes researching, monitoring, manipulating, and analyzing data, making recommendations based on that data, and presenting findings in Exiger's analytics environment. The candidate will perform searches for information and identify risk information using DDIQ, Exiger's machine learning-driven due diligence platform. The candidate will also coordinate and collaborate with account team Program Managers and Account Managers for ad hoc assignments.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborative problem solving, possess intermediate to advanced analytic skills in data analysis and data management tools and techniques, be skilled in or able to quickly learn to use DDIQ, and be a hands-on contributor willing to innovate and invent new capabilities to get a job done.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of analytical work on a wide range of matters. Team members are expected to provide high quality work-product as needed while also providing insights and recommendations to other team members;

- Leveraging skills and experience to support the development of proposals and marketing propositions;

Knowledge & Skills
- Data analytics, pattern analysis, assessment reviews and anomaly detection;
- SQL, Microsoft VBA, or other data management and referential language experience;
- Strong Microsoft Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Data analysis experience including use of relevant software or languages (e.g. R, Python, SPSS);
- Data loading and data transformation experience, primarily focused on Microsoft SQL Server and related tools, Google Cloud, IBM, and AWS;
- Reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense);
- Experience working on projects for both internal and external clients;
- Understanding of supply chain risk, operating risk and foreign ownership & control risk domains are a plus;
Professional Experience Required
- Education to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally acquired in a technical or quantitative discipline;
- Proven quantitative, analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- The ability to independently query, analyze and interpret data from a wide variety of information systems, especially structured data sources;
- A desire to understand business problems and to evaluate the results of your work in a business context;
- Communication skills that you can adapt to technical and non-technical audiences;
- The availability and willingness to travel based on client needs and business objectives.
Desired Skills
- Proficient understanding of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Compliance (CMMC) Program
- Knowledge in DoD Cybersecurity policies and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Familiarity with NIST governance frameworks, specifically NIST SP 800-171
- Familiarity with DFARS clause 252.204-7020
- Knowledge in cyber regulations, trends, and best practices
