What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Prep Team position at EXIT 11 COFFEE?

Overview & Expectations:
- Prepping & cooking all menu items according to Exit 11 recipes & standards
- Adhering to health department food safety & cleanliness standards
- Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance
- Assist in all daily kitchen operations: washing dishes, taking out trash, cleaning equipment properly, keep workstations & refrigerators clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Maintain a positive & professional work environment with all Exit 11 employees & Corporate staff
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Responsibilities (Training Provided):
- Assist the kitchen manager, assistant, & other team members with prepping & cooking menu items according to Exit 11 standards
- Maintain all areas to health code standards
- Maintain all work stations to proper food hygiene & sanitation standards
- Clean all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, & food storage areas accordance to food safety regulations
- Help in loading & unloading deliveries
- Sweep & Mop floors as required
- Dispose and break down boxes to proper trash areas
- Perform any other duties requested by management
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Kitchen experience is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow systems
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
