Exo Freight automates the process and adds logistics, banking, and management technology to help shippers like Walmart manage and source trucking capacity, and to help trucking companies manage their fleet and get paid quickly. Our starting point is open deck shipping - a $135 Billion dollar market - which is how you transport large and odd shaped loads.
About The Role:
As a Account Executive Acquisitions, you will be responsible for sourcing new business. You are someone that has experience working with prospective clients and owning a sales cycle from start to finish. You will be focused purely on closing deals and bringing new accounts to EXO Freight. Through a thorough process you will hand off each new account to the Account Management and Operations Teams.
What You'll Do:
Search for new companies that will benefit from leveraging our technology
Build a robust pipeline of engaged, qualified prospects that understand our value by developing a sense of their pain points. Curiosity for how our clients manage their supply chain
Overcome objections and negotiate with leads.
Develop a mastery of our proprietary platform - have a strong ability to demonstrate the benefits and abilities of both.
Close deals through their entirety, with minimal assistance required
Ensure a successful transition with new clients to account management and carrier operations.
Understand and support the policies and procedures of EXO Freight
Engage in daily sales touch points and activities
About You:
3 years of sales experience in a fast paced environment. You are someone that is a quick learner and can adapt to a product and industry. You sell with passion and intensity.
Leadership and training experience preferred
Winning matters to you. You are competitive by nature, numbers matter to you and accomplishing goals is a driving force behind your personal success.
You are an outside the box thinker with a passion for problem-solving and are comfortable with ambiguity
Team player with a burning desire to consistently win clients from competitors
You have a history of closing new business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You are organized and understand that your work must be documented in Salesforce
