Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute store opening, operating, and closing procedures with precision and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction
- Master order entry and processing using our business system, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including reviewing, pulling, preparing, packaging, and shipping orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required
- Basic PC skills, including familiarity with MS Office and POS/Business Systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a mechanical aptitude are highly valued
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License is required
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management
