Responsibilities

* Prepare and operate all equipment necessary to perform testing in the Mechanical Lab
* Performs daily verifications and adjusts equipment baselines accordingly
* Supervising staff and being responsible for the day to day management
* Ability to complete reports, data interpretation and analysis
* Interpretation of internal and client requirements

Skills / Qualifications

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You will need :

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Understanding of a recognized Quality Management Systems such as ISO 17025 a plus
* Experience in a testing related field preferred
* Self-motivated Technician with the ability to multi task, organize and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory
