- 2 years construction experience.
- Become familiar with all power/pneumatic tools used by EXOVATIONS.
- Keep the job site clean and material organized daily.
- Keep truck and tools organized daily.
- Gain proficiency in installation of all EXOVATIONS products.
- Jump in to help others as needed.
- Ability/Learn to read blueprints and understand code.
- Ability/Learn to properly install decks, porches, windows, and doors.
- Projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.
- Safe/Clean worksites and vehicles.
- Happy EXOVATIONS customers.
- Wanting opportunities to advance to Lead Carpenter.
