Responsibilities
- Provide customer service excellence with each and every call
- Ability to answer multiple phone calls in a busy setting
- Dispatch (or learn to dispatch) our fleet of tow truck and driver
- Providing customers with pricing information
- Process customer payments
- Directing and assisting drivers
- Other clerical duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- On call availability
