Our team of professionals operates in some of the most challenging environments to provide support services to a variety of governmental agencies globally.
The Challenge:
We are seeking a Commissioning Manager to join our growing design team in Chantilly, VA or Chicago, IL.
Principle areas of responsibility are:
- Provides expertise to Federal Government Community worldwide sites on the mechanical engineering aspects of the installation; modification; operation; and maintenance of facilities, mission systems, support systems, HVAC, fuel, compressed air, and plumbing systems.
- Reviews contractor submittals against specifications and responds to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Prepares and/or reviews and evaluates design calculations.
- Develops independent cost estimates both for the government as well as for internal proposal purposes.
Required Qualifications:
- A BSEE degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Registered as a professional engineer
- 5-10 years of commissioning experience
- Top Secret Security Clearance preferred
- CxA Certification
- Must living within community distance to Chantilly, VA or Chicago, IL. A hybrid work location is possible
