Your Challenge
EXP is looking for a Inventory/Systems Analyst for the Chicago team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provides solutions to day-to-day operations for Chicago DWM
- Team player with great communication skills
- Problem-solving skills combined with analytical ability to analyze data, perform research, and diagnose issues that arise
- Support EAM
- user/user group
- Creating/add new fields.
- Creating dataspys for users
- Creating adhoc reports for DWM management.
- Creating end-user reference documentation
- Provide formal and informal training for DWM management and staffs
- Support production deployments
- Support DWM purchasing process in EAM
- Create commodity codes
- Data Quality Control
- Maintain data quality for existing/new reports for different bureau of DWM (BOD, BWS, Water Quality, BES)
- Create/validate/execute/document test case
- Pull data samples to evaluate the accuracy of the database
- Strategize improvement plans
The Skills and Knowledge You Bring
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project
- Use of Reporting Systems (Power BI. Tableau, Birst)
- When it is safe to return to work, this job is required to be onsite 100% of the time
- Construction/warehouse experience
- Minimum 2 years InforEAM experience
- This position will be OFFICE based
