We are currently offering services in school day behvavior intervention, after schoool enrichment, and social emotional learning. Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated enthusiastic candidates who enjoy coaching and mentoring students! If you have experience with working with children and want to make a difference all you need is an enthusiastic attitude to apply for this amazing part-time or full-time opportunity!
The Student Success Coach role is responsible for independently supervising groups of student selected by the school that need additional support with making better choices . That need a big brother or big sister to be a positive role model in their school day.
Student Success Coach Qualifications:
- Effectively implement character, fitness and nutrition lesson plans with a group of up to 20 elementary age students
- Effectively manage program activities, promote responsible student behavior and decision making on school campus
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm while working with K-8th graders
- Effectivley communicate with school staff, administrators and students
- Exhibit leadership qualities
- Experience in working with youth and willingness to learn and be coachable
- Ability to pass a TB test
- CPR/1st Aid certified
Requirements
A passion for working with children
Must be over 18 years’ old
Fluent in English
Negative TB test
Cleared Criminal History and Fingerprint Check

Hours
- School Day Student Coach : 10am-2pm
- After-school Student Coach: 2:30pm-6pm
Part-time and full-time hours are availble for those able to work at multiple school sites.
