Manager – Variable Incentive Compensation

What you'll do:

  • Assist Director design go-to-market strategy, coverage map, and jobs

  • Gather feedback and priorities from key stakeholders to help inform design principles and recommendations

  • Design variable incentive plans including all plan components by role, division and region: eligibility, TTC, pay mix, upside (leverage), measures, weights, mechanics & pay curve, performance & payout periods (analytical)

  • Prepare financial modeling on plan recommendations

  • Summarize plan designs and develop plan extracts

  • Compile and review annual plan assessment including KPI analysis, targets review and quality metrics

  • Ensure plans are systematically feasible (i.e. compatible with SFDC, Callidus, etc.)

  • Summarize plan designs, quota metrics, and crediting rules (by division, role and region)

  • Localize documentation as necessary (for example - translations) in conjunction with the localization team

  • Create WC presentations - Coordinate with Geo HR on timelines and project plans

  • Update policy, procedures, and handbook documents

  • Ensure policies are implemented within the system and the field

  • Create management training and communication documents

  • Create rep training and communication documents

  • Business Requirements sessions and documents for Callidus Requirements – obtain sign offs as necessary

  • Assist with HR Validations as necessary for quarterly processing

  • Ensure market data is updated and coordinate with Compensation Program teams to ensure market data is updated within our internal systems

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience is preferred

  • 5 years of experience in HR Compensation or Sales Compensation

  • Tenured sales compensation professional – with design and analytical experience

  • Excels and thrives in a high paced environment

  • Interested in working on enterprise-wide projects that have major impact on the business

  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities

  • Highly organized with great project management skills

  • Experience in Sales Compensation Design, Advanced Analytics and Modeling
