Project Manager
Expedia Group’s Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and carrying out innovative and effective global marketing across all brands. Within this organization, the Project Management team is focused on annual and quarterly project forecasting, resourcing and prioritization. As one of the team, you will lead the efforts for the creative hub, to own project timelines, drive creative workflow and maintain an overview of all live projects.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can contribute in a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication, organization and leadership skills!
What you’ll do:
Lead the Brand Team’s project management function ensuring there is defined and consistent process, documentation and workflow
Steward day-to-day project management of multiple concurrent projects, serving as a daily point of leadership for the cross-functional partners and the Brand Team
Ensure the soundness of a creative project through reporting, project tracking, resource needs identification and analysis
Utilize team feedback, retrospectives, and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and work with your team to continuously improve
Integrate Agile principles into Brand Team development practices and Trello or Jira administration
Constructively and effectively negotiate sensitive issues with functional and cross-functional team members within a project team
Being familiar with channel assets like paid social, organic social, broadcast, programmatic, product marketing etc..
Maintain oversight of all active projects' status within, both internally and externally, and able to highlight any concerns swiftly
Provide a constantly up to date status to leadership of key high effort live projects including creative review milestones, stakeholder management, production timelines and launch dates
Keep oversight of the maintenance and distribution of weekly project status meetings and "hot sheets” of priority projects
Produce, maintain and distribute project tracking tools to include road maps, project scope, creative review trackers and production schedules
Book project meetings, ensuring the right attendees are present and meetings start and finish on time (take notes during creative reviews and circulate after to key stakeholders)

Who you are:
You have prior experience in project management within a creative environment, Agency background highly recommended
Strong process orientation with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
Have project management skills and is successful at both creating and implementing new process, behavior and ways of working
Strong communication skills, written, verbal and visual
Disciplined but not rigid
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build structure and process across cross-functional teams
Practiced in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement and empowerment
Experience working with stakeholders from across multiple subject areas to prioritize and mitigate issues
Ability to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
Thrives on identification of key processes to gain efficiencies, scale and actively simplifies complexity
