Maintenance Technician

• nsure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure optimal operation and environmental conditions.
• Supervise and inspect work performed by external contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials required, and order necessary supplies to complete tasks.
• Manage an energy program to optimize system efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Maintain and repair building lighting systems, including elements and ballasts.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including welding, carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Building Engineer - Boiler Operator – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating schedule (e.g., 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, etc.). Pay: $29–30/hour.

HVAC Technician – Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay: $29/hour.

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
