Job Title: Medical Record Coordinator
Location: South Jordan, UT 84095
Duration: 3-6 Months Approx (Potential to Extend)
Client Services Support is all about enabling the clients we serve to be more efficient in their practice. The expert support you provide can make our workforce solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.
Provides software support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Through the logging of issues and interactions into a customer relationship management system, we help ensure accurate and timely technical assistance to maintain and improve the organization's customer relationships. May interact with network services, systems software analyst, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
** typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Minimum one year of work experience in a medical office or call center environment, customer service, IT, or support desk role.
Basic computer skills and ability to troubleshoot multiple browsers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence.
Ability to work through difficult or emotional customer situations.
Ability to analyze information and use logic to address client issues and problems.
Ability to work independently using knowledge base resources.
