Were hiring experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) truck drivers for routes across all 48 states. Enjoy competitive pay, newer equipment, and 24/7 support from our operations team.

What We Offer

  • Schedule: Out 12 days, home 2 full days every other weekend
  • Miles: Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week
  • Freight: 100% no-touch; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
  • No NYC Dispatch: No forced loads into NYC or its 5 boroughs
  • Top Equipment: 2021 Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks
  • Vacation Package: Up to 4 weeks based on tenure


Pay & Bonuses

  • Pay Rate: $0.54 - $0.60 per mile (based on experience)
  • Detention Pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
  • Mileage Bonus: Up to 3 CPM based on performance
