OTR Company Driver (CDL Class A) Job Offer

  • Pay Scale: $0.57 - $0.64 CPM
  • Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $1,000 ($500 on first load, $500 at 30 days)
  • Average Miles: 2,000-2,200 per week
  • Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage & productivity


Details:

  • Out 12 days, home 2 full days every other weekend
  • OTR across all 48 states (majority east of I-35)
  • 100% no-touch freight: 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
  • No forced dispatch to NYC or its 5 boroughs
  • Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth's
  • Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2nd hour
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
  • Orientation: Shippensburg, PA


Vacation:

  • 1 year = 1 week
  • 3 years = 2 weeks
  • 7 years = 3 weeks
  • 15 years = 4 weeks
