Job Description
Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Data Entry
- Manage front line communications with customers
- Facilitate customer bookings and complete booking instructions
- Track & Trace freight
- Make and manage bookings with service providers
- Understand and manage documents (bills of lading, commercial documents, etc)
- Bill for services, understanding costs and financial impact
- Learn and follow industry regulatory compliance requirements (IATA, TSA, FMC, CBP)
- Troubleshoot and problem solve as daily needs arise.
- Support our business operations wherever needed.
- Meet company standards of 52 hours of training per year.
