The Digital Content & Branding Project Specialist is responsible for updating the digital presence of global Real Estate & Workplace Experience organization as well as tracking the execution and completion of physical branding updates for all company US sites. This position requires strong digital content expertise, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. The client needs someone who has good experience in SharePoint. Needs to understand SharePoint, to make changes to web content and templates. Will need to request details from other team members to get details. Attention to detail, big example of this is links in SharePoint need to be accurate. Will be updating things in SharePoint. 80% of the job will be updating web presence and 20% of the coordinator/liaison job (facilities background will be helpful). Needs to be a good communicator and be comfortable with a fluid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify website updates and changes required.
- Prepare/execute a plan with defined milestones to update website content including text, images, video, and embedded links to other company's content.
- Develop and maintain web pages, templates, and other web-based resources.
- Ensure that the website meets all required standards for accessibility and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the website adjustments and on-site branding changes.
- Cooperate with relevant providers, authorities, and landlords to ensure timely installation of new interior branding and exterior signage at all company US sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
- Understanding of the various webparts: Media, Text, image, etc.
- How to view/edit, add page or delete pages
- Change/update site thumbnails/images
- Add/remove site owners/members
- Customize pages outside of standard templates
- Knowledge of design/image editing software (Adobe Create Suite) and MS Office products for creation of custom images/sizes
- Knowledge of website accessibility, security, and user experience best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
