Assists with the planning, analysis and administration of the Company’s benefit programs.
- Wellness program lead, including participation in program development, implementation, administration, and review of entire program; coordinate virtual wellness events; Wellness Ambassador lead, and provide Ambassador support and training.
- Responsible for all benefits-related invoice processing, payment, reconciliation, and tracking
- Responsible for tracking and management of all H&W and retirement plan contracts
- Participates in the ongoing design and implementation of effective employee communications and education program on all benefit plans. Develop weekly benefits content for Company e-newsletter.
- Primary contact for internal HR Service Center, including benefits education of Service Center team members.
- Responsible for maintenance and updates to the company’s internal benefits information pages.
- Share responsibility for creating and distribution of Total Reward Statements.
- Resolve employee benefit issues with a high level of sensitivity, empathy, and customer service.
- Vendor relationship support.
- Deferred Compensation Plan enrollment and administration support.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan enrollment and administration support.
- Assist with annual health and welfare open enrollment.
- Responsible for understanding and administering benefits plans for Canada, Costa Rica, Chile, including renewals, enrollment process and communications.
- Participate in compliance-related activity including testing, auditing, required communications and filings.
- Oversee annual audits and financial statement preparation for retirement plans.
- Administer program for annual flu shots and biometric screenings
- Leave of Absence assistance and back up as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years in employee benefits - Health and Welfare and Retirement plans
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
Location:
- Preferably Hybrid, located in Orange County, CA, but will consider fully remote
