Location : St Louis, MO
Schedule : Hybrid (M-F, 7am-6pm)
Bill Rate : Pay rate : Up to $35 / hour
Responsibilities :
Address brokerage complaints from CLIENT's customers
Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear resolutions
Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications :
Active Series 7 license
Brokerage operations experience
Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
