Pay Rate: $63/hr on a W2 basis

* 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital product/program management, digital customer experience, business systems analyst, agile experience, digital platforms, or digital consulting. Business Systems Analysis experience principally with microservices and APIs (e.g., BA who has worked with developers on backend SDLC projects as opposed to just front-end UI work).
* Must work in an office a minimum 3 days per week- hub locations are San Leandro, Concord, and SF downtown.
* Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
* Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
* Ability to work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries/tech
* Ability to manage process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities.
- Writing Uses Cases with UML diagrams and writing users stories in Jira with Acceptance Criteria
- Worked on an agile scrum team
* Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
