Job Title: Construction Engineer

What's the Job?
- Manage assigned segments of capital projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams including operations, maintenance, engineers, contractors, and specialists.
- Develop and implement innovative construction solutions to overcome challenges.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues proactively.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project scheduling.
