Summary:
Day-to-day duties includes entering data, completing reports, and digital filing.
- On-site 5 days a week initially, but once fully trained, the administration office works 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.
- Good steppingstone position to transition to Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Billing Specialist, Operations Specialist, Sr. Customer Service Representative, HR Generalist etc.
- Ability to learn simple database actions such as queries and updates.
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Monitor voicemail and forward it to the appropriate personnel in the office.
- Attention to detailrequired when reviewing orders and ensuring matches. Enter and update data into our databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Verifies information by comparing information to original source, recalculating totals.
- Verifies documents by proofreading and rechecking requirements.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure information is stored securely.
- Additional administrative tasks when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Available for work weekdays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Exposure with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
