Job Title : Data Entry Admin
Job type : Full-time Employment / Contract-to-Hire
Experience Level : Entry-level
Location : Lafayette CA 94549 United States (On-site)
Schedule : Weekdays (40 hours /week) - Available for work weekdays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm .
Pay Range : $17.50/hour - $21.00/hour (depending on experience) subsidized benefits on Experis' W-2 (Dental, Healthcare, Vison, 401k)
Number of Open Positions : 1

Summary:

Day-to-day duties includes entering data, completing reports, and digital filing.
  • On-site 5 days a week initially, but once fully trained, the administration office works 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.
  • Good steppingstone position to transition to Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Billing Specialist, Operations Specialist, Sr. Customer Service Representative, HR Generalist etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to learn simple database actions such as queries and updates.
  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Monitor voicemail and forward it to the appropriate personnel in the office.
  • Attention to detailrequired when reviewing orders and ensuring matches. Enter and update data into our databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
  • Verifies information by comparing information to original source, recalculating totals.
  • Verifies documents by proofreading and rechecking requirements.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure information is stored securely.
  • Additional administrative tasks when needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Available for work weekdays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Exposure with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
