Executive Assistant- Contract

This position will provide administrative support to a VP and ED in the Eagan, MN office. Must be a trusted partner, who is able to maintain confidentiality and understands the sensitive nature of information. Proactively manage calendars and arrange travel as needed. Plans & oversees in-house meetings and working sessions, managing the coordination of technology, administration functions and food & beverage needs ensuring all required logistics are in place.
What you need:
- High School Diploma or GED required OR
- A minimum of two years previous experience in an Executive Assistant position
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively manage calendars for the VP and ED
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as needed
- Prepare general and confidential business correspondence as needed, including creating meeting agendas, reports, agreements, and other correspondence using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Handle meeting logistics including printing materials, reserving and preparing the room, coordinating with IT and ordering meals as needed.
- Interact and collaborate with other Executive Assistants in support of the business.
- Perform complex and detail oriented administrative duties under minimal supervision.
- Assignments may involve work of highly confidential and complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts, requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers at all levels or the organization.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to changing and evolving work environment.
