Our client, a major information company in the U.S., has a need for a Lithography Process Technician. This engineer will provide on-site hands fab support. The selected candidate will work directly with equipment owners and engineers to track daily lithography problems, troubleshoot force completes, run focus exposure matrices, analyze data, schedule time on electron microscopy tools and provide analysis reports. May also require hand application of photoresists and related materials, preparing wafers and reticles for offsite shipment and related activities.
This job requires the candidate to work on alternate week shifts. Week 1 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat - 7am to 7pm each day) & Week 2 (Sun, Wed, Thu - 7am to 7pm each day)

Responsibilities:
- Own lithography process execution - resolve wafer force completes, alignment failures - look at equipment logs, assess the alarm, communicate to engineering team.
- Analyze focus exposure matrix data during setup and provide reports.
- Execute manual exposures and hand apply of photoresist and other materials
- Hands on in fab support. Support experiments, engineering work on equipment and the operations baseline for advanced semiconductor technology development
- Attend test site install meetings as needed
- Create equipment recipes, logical recipes, alignment recipes, scanner files, manage recipe requests, request equipment monitors, place tool inhibits or exceptions, maintain equipment operating procedure, protect fab from excursions
Qualifications:
- Lithography sector experience (1 years)
- Equipment troubleshooting skills (1 years)
- Knowledge of or ability to learn SiView, web-based specification process controls (1 years)
Skills:
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time/resources well
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft office
Education:
- Associate degree in chemistry, physics, or engineering
