Role: Integrated Marketing PMO / Budget Manager
Location: Basking Ridge-NJ
Duration: 6 month
Hybrid-Once/twice in a month
JOB TITLE: Integrated Marketing PMO / Budget Manager
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): * You are someone who is a self-starter, with exceptional organization and communication skills, has the ability to develop relationships among various cross-functional teams and provide guidance and support to drive towards successful project launches
* Budget management experience
* Strong Excel or Google sheet experience
* You embrace and help improve project management processes and tools for the overall benefit of your projects and the organization at large.
DESIRED SKILLS: * 3-5 yrs of accounting * Budget management experience * Proficient in Excel or Google sheets *
JOB DUTIES: This person will be responsible for all activities associated with the budget that include but not limited to the following: Managing all components of the budget that include weekly tracking, monthly and annual planning, campaign tracking with ROI measures to spend, handling all Scope of Work statements, securing CIDs and executing invoices. This person will act as a one POC for finance, IMC and various vendors to track real time spending and budget across all of IMC.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
MBA or MS in engineering degree.
PMP Certification.
Technology background.
Leadership ability.
Written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans to keep program schedules on track.
