Experience
- Experience with food/diary unit operations is preferred.
- Experience working in a lab setting and comfortable handling analytical instruments preferred.
- Understanding of processing of nutritional and food products or similar
- An excellent technical analytical person
- Experience of generating technical documentation and reports desirable
Responsibilities :
- Support delivery of technical projects, ensuring that activities are executed to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good laboratory practice (GLP) standards required for the relevant product classification. " Contributes to resolution of product processing problems using structured problem-solving techniques (e.g. statistical analysis, DOE, fishbone, etc.) and communicating recommendations for next steps, as appropriate.
