Programmer Analyst

Department: IT - Enterprise Applications
Reports To: Project Manager
Department: IT - Business Transformation
Position Purpose
- Reviews and monitors systems and applications, capabilities, and department needs. Accomplishes software requirements by developing and maintaining applications and databases. Coordinates with management to establish and implement programming goals and objectives.
Educational Qualifications:
bachelor's degree in computer science or information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Five or more years of relevant experience.
- Ability to analyze information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Software design, debugging, development fundamentals, documentation, testing,
- Requirements and software system skills.
- Understanding of finance, credit union, commercial operations, lending, accounting, and I.T. needs.
- Thorough understanding of Symitar programming and information systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Office 365 and other business software applications.
