Job Description
ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in multiple locations for a contract RCSA BA to assist their team. Future onsite work is required as per CDC and client guidelines for safe return, local candidates or able to relocate encouraged to apply!
Title: RCSA BA
Location: Des Moines, IA/ Phoenix, AZ/ Charlotte, NC/ Des Moines, IA/ Dallas, TX/ San Antonio, TX
Duration: 6 months
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
- The resource will be primarily focused on providing guidance to business control partners on how to execute RCSA.
- Participate in 5-7 meetings per day to answer questions.
- Escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
- Act as the conduit between the BCM teams and our QC teams to ensure files are quality checked.
TOP SKILLS
- RISK ANALYSIS
- Strong ability to read through risk policies, gain quick understanding, and confidently provide consultative guidance.
- Experience providing reasonable solutions to risk policy issues.
- Understanding of when to escalate issues to leadership.
SOFTWARE:
- SharePoint - strong user
- MS Excel - Intermediate user - filter, get to data they need.
- Service Now (or SNOW) - preferred but not required.
- SHRP - preferred but not required.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Confidence in abilities - able to advise teams without running it past leadership first.
- Problem solving - ability to come up with common sense solutions to solve problems independently.
- Critical thinking skills - reading between the lines and asking questions to gather more information.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 in finance/ banking
- Diverse backgrounds are OK (RCSA is highly preferred) - Multiple areas of risk will work.
