Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating standard reporting, reflecting the business priorities and focus across multiple value streams with the direction of the Portfolio Managers as determined by the Director of the RMO
- Partners with the Portfolio Managers to fully understand investment targeted outcomes and to translate goals to OKRs and KPIs.
- Creates and drives SharePoint document site to drive performance measurement and management of investment value, outcomes, OKRs, KPIs, reporting out on progress.
- Create website for RMO team to share all reporting and value; PI plans and results for KPI's, OKR's, roadmaps, rosters per value stream and S3 value realization.
- Manages allocations of funds and resources, partnering with finance teams in forecasting/budgeting activities.
- Understands and plans to the interconnectedness of the value streams to maximize accomplishment of combined project outcomes.
- Coordinate regular PI Planning meetings to identify and coordinate interdependencies across teams.
- Tracks progress and coordinates new investment request intake processes.
- Communicate updates on strategy and value stream performance across the value streams via regular reporting.
- Responsible for team rostering and identification of conflicts and resolution on talent utilization.
- Acts as value stream point of contact for audit, finance, and risk needs
- Ensures capital activity tracking is accurate and up to date to support Finance, IT Leadership and Value Stream Owners
- Understands assumptions and risks of the various epics within value streams and communicate to appropriate stakeholders; Supports the identification/removal of barriers to delivery.
- Maximizes the value of the portfolio, in partnership with Finance, leveraging financial modeling to maximize the desired objectives.
- Partners with product management, web analytics, and finance to ensure optimal digital portfolio management against strategic goals.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and new capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to determine key areas of focus, need and opportunity in service of the strategy and portfolio.
- Provide consistent support, tools, and methods to project leaders for the completion of projects against defined objectives and key results (OKR's).
Specific Experience/Education/Certification Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a degree in an unrelated field combined with additional suitable experience, Master's Degree desirable.
- Experience in business case development, needing to partner with a variety of partners and using data to make recommendations
- Experience in translating business goals and outcomes to technology and business lead
- 2 years of experience with digital project development, technologies, hardware and software management at the portfolio level
- Experience being a Scrum Master; CSM preferred
- SAFe Portfolio Management Certification or interest in attaining one
- Develop or configure document management system features, such as user interfaces, access profiles, and document workflow procedures
- Work with Training Manager, Quality Monitoring Manager, and Customer Service Leads to maintain relevant knowledge and training documentation
- Identify improvement opportunities and work with the Document Control and project teams to implement improvements
- Assist in the collation and distribution of document management reports for the client and project team
- Work with all delivery and support functional specialties to develop and measure conformance with process standards
- Complete weekly reports for the project managers and assist with progress reports
- Assist with the maintenance of the Electronic Document Management System
