Job Description-

across business to gather business requirements and solutions to meet key project requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Analyze and document the authentication and authorization mechanisms of existing production applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for addressing any AD domain dependencies of existing production applications.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Plan and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of system implementations.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback collection from stakeholders.
Support project SMEs to address user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.
Additional tasks as assigned.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5 years) working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience in Active Directory and / or enterprise data migrations projects a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, MCPS) are desirable.
